1. Commitment to UP-RERA

Homexa Realty operates in complete alignment with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). We only market, list, and advise on projects that are registered under the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-RERA).

2. Agent Registration

Homexa Realty (and its parent entity) is a registered real estate agent under UP-RERA. We maintain active compliance and provide our official agent registration number to clients in all formal advisory contracts and booking documents.

3. Project Registration Details

Every developer project featured in our luxury portfolio displays its respective UP-RERA registration number. Prospective buyers are encouraged to verify project details, approvals, layouts, and escrow account records directly on the official UP-RERA portal (up-rera.in).

4. Accuracy of Information

We ensure that all brochures, layouts, dimensions, and specifications shared with clients match the documentation submitted by the respective developers to the RERA authorities. We do not make false promises or unauthorized commitments regarding project deliverables or completion dates.
